Full Disclosure Date - Senior High Students
The Full Disclosure date is used to determine when a course will become an attempted credit as part of the Student Transcript. The Student Transcript is an official record. For consistency, it is important that this date is the same in all high schools.

1. The 21st instructional day of each semester will be designated as the Full Disclosure date for all high school courses.  Principals are asked to communicate these guidelines to students, staff, and parents.

Implications for Students:

  1. Courses dropped in the first 20 days of a semester will not appear on the Student Transcript.

  2. Courses dropped on or after the 21st day of a semester will have an entry created on the PowerSchool historical grades screen.  This entry will have a grade of DIS and a credit value of 0.  It will then appear on the Student Transcript as an attempted course with a mark of DIS - Discontinued.

  3. School Year Full Disclosure Dates. These dates will be adjusted in the event of school closures.
