Class of 2026 Valedictorian - Any grade 12 student who wish to apply to be the Class of 2026 Valedictorian should confirm their interest with Mr. Sherren by Tuesday, May 12. Interested candidates will be asked to complete a speech and video as part of their application.
Also, the Valedictorian Selection Committee is looking for 2-4 volunteers from the Grade 12 class to help with selecting the successful candidate. If you are interested in joining the selection committee, please inform Mr. Sherren by Tuesday, May 12.
Grads - For those who did not sell tickets or have a date that is not a fellow 2026 KISH grad will be required to pay a fee of $20 each. Payment deadline is May 22nd. Payments can be transferred to kish2026prom@gmail.com. Anyone looking for financial assistance please email kish2026prom@gmail.com
Yearbook Club - Do you like taking photographs? Do you enjoy digital design on the computer? Then the yearbook club might be a good fit for you. Come and see what it's all about this Thursday in Ms. LaBelle's room 27 0 at lunch time.
Student Council election - There will be an advanced voting station set up in the library from 11:40-12:10 on Wednesday of this week for anyone who will not be at school on Thursday to vote. You may vote during this time in the library. No student can vote more than once.
Exciting news KISH, the end of the year is creeping up and Student Council has planned a week full of dress up days following with an end of the year tailgate party! More information to come in the upcoming week. There will be a momo this Friday May 15th to dive into the details of what the week will look like.
Tropical Aloha! All junior high students are invited to the year end dance on Friday, May 22th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Tickets are $10 each and will be on sale at lunch time at the school on May 13, 15, 19, 21, and 22. Admission to the dance includes juice and candy treats. Juniors come out to celebrate the end of the school year and get pictures at our tropical photo booths.

We are excited to announce our "Minute to Win It" Challenge, benefiting Muscular Dystrophy Canada (MDC).
